Wood-Mizer invented the portable bandsaw mill in the 1980's and has been the world-wide industry leader in their manufacture ever since. They make and sell 8 different models ranging from small hobby mills to large commercial units. Wood-Mizer also manufactures and resharpens our sawmill blades.

LogRite, located in Vernon, CT, is a manufacturer of superior logging and forestry equipment.

The Forestry Forum is a website that hosts discussion areas where members can post messages on topics usually related to forestry, but not always. The 'Sawmills and Milling' message board is among the busiest.

As I mentioned elsewhere, we don't take down trees. On several occations when we've needed to have trees taken down near our house we've used American Arborists LLC. We've always been satisfied with the results.
